ILLE Highlights
Founder
Helmtraud and Wilhelm Blatz founded and built up Ille in 1965. Helmtraud Blatz, née Ille, gave the company its name. Sales orientation, dynamism and service have always been at the forefront for the couple. This philosophy is still essential for Ille today. The entire team works on this every day.

Management
Ille is a family business that has grown and is successful worldwide. Founded in 1965 by Wilhelm and Helmtraud Blatz, née Ille, Ille is now the market leader in washroom hygiene. In recent years, the second generation has been successfully integrated into the company and the management has been handed over to daughter Marion Gottschalk, her husband Eric Gottschalk and Andreas Trostmann. They too continue to attach great importance to sustainable products that set standards, highly trained employees, maximum customer satisfaction and first-class service.

Marion Gottschalk
Marion Gottschalk
Marion Gottschalk, née Blatz, was born in Hanau in 1969. After completing her banking training, she studied economics and philosophy at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. As the daughter of the founding couple Blatz, she was involved in the company from the very beginning. In 2009, she took over 25% of the shares and has been Managing Director since 2010. She is responsible for finance, human resources and organization. She has been married to Eric Gottschalk since 1994.

Eric Gottschalk
Eric Gottschalk
Eric Gottschalk was born in Hanau in 1969. After his commercial training, he completed his military service. He then began studying at what is now the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM) in Giessen and graduated in 1993 with a degree in business administration (FH). His future father-in-law Wilhelm Blatz recruited Eric Gottschalk for Ille after his studies. Today he is Managing Director and is responsible for logistics and the foreign companies. Eric Gottschalk has been married to Marion Gottschalk since 1994.

Andreas Trostmann
Andreas Trostmann
Andreas Trostmann was born in Hanau in 1971. He completed his training as an industrial clerk at the internationally renowned major company Heraeus in Hanau. After completing his civilian service, he joined Ille in 1994 as an assistant to the founder Wilhelm Blatz. There he enjoyed intensive training in sales and also got to know all the commercial departments. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director together with the 2nd generation. His focus is on sales.
Logistic and Production
Made in Germany
Ille's dispensers are precision-engineered and manufactured in Altenstadt, Germany, ensuring maximum reliability. Each dispenser undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch, with final on-site inspections by our technicians to guarantee optimal performance. Serving over 45,000 customers, we receive direct feedback that drives continuous improvement. Our sustainable rental model in Germany allows for dispenser refurbishment, reusing 80% of components and recycling the remainder, achieving a 100% recycling rate. Available in mechanical and electronic versions, our dispensers cater to diverse hygiene needs. Electronic models offer touch-free operation with energy-efficient designs, powered by specially developed long-lasting batteries.

Sustainability
Responsibility towards people and the environment is important to us. Sensible design and a high standard of hygiene are too. Maximum efficiency in the washroom and toilet room, resource-conserving use of resources and prudent cooperation make the Ille all-round carefree package a sought-after product. Ille wants to live up to this claim every day. Today and in the future. For the sake of our partners and the environment.

Hygiene
Soap and water are used to loosen the dirt on the hands. Some of it is also removed from the hand by the running water. However, most of the dirt is only removed with the towel. It is important that the towel is particularly clean and has a large, open-pored surface structure so that it can absorb a lot of dirt. Studies have shown that paper is best suited for this purpose. This is why only paper is approved for use in the medical sector. Air dryers can even cause bacteria to multiply. The soap must be pleasant to the touch and easy to spread if the user is to enjoy using it. Foam soap is ideal for this. In addition, the main feature of light foam soap is that the skin can quickly regain its lipid content afterwards and regain its old protective mechanism.

Righteousness
Honorable businessman
The "honorable businessman" is the role model for our management. Foresight leads to sustainable management and reliable business relationships. Fair dealings at eye level, keeping promises and accommodating adjustments to the product range in special situations characterize Ille's conduct. We handle your data confidentially and carefully. We strictly observe the anti-corruption rules and comply with the law. We also require our foreign subsidiaries to adhere to our ethical principles. Honest tax payment in every national company leads to social peace. This is important to Ille.
